These people are trying to move in on the Pressler & Pressler scam. I'm already dealing with them about some nonsense. But now they send me a letter stating that they are going to garnish my wages for a debt that 1. I never owed to anyone. 2. The debt is over 10 years old. Garbage debt collector EMCC sued me in court for this debt and I never received anything that I was being sued. I found out by looking at my credit report. I sent EMCC a debt validation letter but they never responded. So now I sent one Hayt, Hayt & Landau.
What is going on here? Has anyone had dealings with these two collection agencies? It is so strange that they are all coming at me at the same time.

HAYT, HAYT & LANDAU pose as lawyers while they are actually debt collectors and push for collecting money.
You can contact your state's Attorney General for solving this problem.
