anyone had any dealings with enhanced recovery corp? they were extremely nasty with me and refused to take payments from me so i dont know what to do with this debt!

they are rude,what state are you in?i would send
DV and C&D letters.here is the address

Well according to the BBB, they have an unsatisfactory rating. That should answer your question on how they are to deal with.

Yes they are very rude, I am sorry to have to deal with them but I am almost paid and have been doing it for a long while. Hope you got things squared away with them too

I just started dealing with ERC regarding a cc that I didn't pay. I want to clear it up and I'm getting ready to send them a DV letter as well as a PFD letter. However, their name does not appear on my credit report. The same debt is listed under another CA. When ERC first called me, they were asking me questions about where I work, etc. I didn't give them any info. Then somehow, they got my fax # & faxed me a settlement offer, but I haven't responded yet. I want to call the CA on my credit report & find out if they sold the debt to ERC. If I pay, I want it to be deleted from my credit report, but if their name is not appearing & it's under another CA--not sure how to handle this one.
