ER Solutions just hit me today for an alleged debt of $3,000 from Paypal that dates back to 2000 (9.5 years ago) LOL

Not only is the debt fake, but the statute of limitations for collecting this debt (in CA) is 4 years, I believe. I've written them requesting proof of this debt.

These guys are bottom feeders, so beware. I hope this helps someone who might have a similar situation.

Do you mean they actually withdrew money from your paypal account? If that's true, all you need to do is dispute it with paypal, especially if it was unauthorized.

Me too. Are they going to report this to credit agencies? I have no idea what this is.

It's fraud. PayPal has nothing to do with this. ER Solutions has a massive fraud scheme.

I just got a letter in the mail from them. $180 for a Paypal account that I haven't used in over two years. Yeah, right. I do believe this would be considered mail fraud, and if you get a letter like this, you should contact the postal service.
