Can anyone help? I can't find one that specializes in FDCPA in the county I live in.

I went to naca.net and found an atty that was over 200 miles from me but he said that even though across the state he came to my area regularly for cases. So even though they're not in ur county give them a call and ask if they take cases from ur county.

There are TONS of FDCPA attorneys in your (our) area. Check out NACA.org. If not specifically in McHenry county, Cook, Lake or Dupage counties should work as well. I know there are an awful lot of lawyers in those big ole' houses outside Barrington, Crystal Lake, and Lake Zurich, something tells me you'll find someone. If not send me aa PM, I am in DuPage county.
