Hello,
I received a Summons and Complaint from Lacy Katzen LLP, on behalf of FIA Card Services.
I have never had any previous correspondence from this firm or FIA Card Services.
I responded to the Summons and Complaint, and denied all allegations.
I wrote to the firm demanding a verification of this alleged debt, and never received any documents.
I received notification from the Courts that my case was to go to Arbitration, and had been moved closer to my town. (The former location was 40 miles away)
Today I received a copy of a Motion for Summary Judgement, to be heard at the original location, in 2 weeks time!
How do I put together an Opposition to this Motion?
ANY help will be greatly appreciated!

You still owe the debt...charge off is simply an accounting term, moving the debt from the good books to the bad books. What state do you live in and when was the date of your last payment???
