I was sued by a law firm for a debt from Bank Of America, BUT, the court papers that I am being sued for acct # xxxx xxxx xxxx 7070. They did not file against the fullaccount number. Is this legal??? I have responded to the lawsuit inquiries.

They are required to mask the numbers. These documents are public. They cannot put your full account number out there in the public forum.
