A 7yr old or more debt that i admit to making has come back to me. the first national collection bureau says that even if it is not on my credit report they will put it back up there because debt just doesn't go away. they say i have to pay it even if it is not on my report can they put it back up there.

A debt can only report seven years from date of first delinquency.This is federal law and they broke federal law just mentioning the attempt to replace it on report.Send them a dv letter certified mail return receipt.

No one at FNCB told you that it would be placed back on the bureau by FNCB-- that's just not the case.

I have a debt with them now and I was told that I had to pay it or the amount would increase monthly. Does this business have a web site? I sure would get ahold of someone to speak to?
