Does anyone have a fax number for them. They're calling me like crazy at work

Why are they calling you? Are they trying to collect a debt? If so, do you owe it? Demand something in writing. It is your right.

payday loan yes defaulted loan. Sharon called and said that she won't stop calling me at work regardless.

Are they collection company for payday loan yes? Do you still owe the company money? Have you determined if the loan is illegal in your state? What state are you in?

They are not licensed in ohio. I still owe them with their 'interest and fees' $400.

They are a collections company (I'm guessing in house) for Payday Loan Yes.

paydayloan yes is illegal everywhere,they have no license at all.
have you paid anything in rollovers,extension fees.those go towards the loan.you are only obligated to pay back what you borrowed.any fees taken out until recently go toward that loan.
so was anything taken out of account at all from this illegal pdl?
if so how much?

Send them a "Cease and Desist" letter, this will stop the calls.

I've paid nearly 400 to pdl yes in rollovers.

Sharon, from First National (pdl yes in house collections) said that 'she won't stop calling even if she gets a cease and desist'

Why don't you send a cease and desist through the email, it's just as effective. Unfortunately, they will ignore it anyways. Try this email:
'recoveries@paydayyes.com'
This is an illegal unlicensed lender, they will threaten and harass you to death but there isn't a thing they can do to you. When they call, hang up on them, don't respond to their calls and eventually they will stop.

400.00 in rollovers,sounds like you owe them squat.how much was borrowed?this place got slammed in illinois.i would send the C&D certified mail return receipt,then if she ignores that,then you can take action against them.
