Gamache and Myers

Anyone ever delt with Gamache and Myers Collection Agency? What happened with your case or situation?

Did they call you up or send you collection letters for any of your debts? As far as I know Gamache and Myers is a collection law firm. If you have received any collection letters from them, send them a DV letter and get the debt validated. They cannot bring judgment against until till they validate the debt.

I had experience with them; they NEVER responded when I asked for validation...so for me they gave up quickly

i dont understand you people everyone wants to blame the economy on the housing market bank loans ect ect however everytime i see a thread about a collection agency the one thing i NEVER see is maybe i should pay my bill. no everyone wants to call collectors bottom feeders and scum but if u think aboputy w/o deadbeats always trying to get outta the debt they created there would be no bill collectors. all i hear is make them validate the debt when in all actality only abour 2% of debt is wrong people just dont wanna pay there bills DEADBEAT IS A TURNUP and turnups do bleed especazilly when they get garnished so in closing grow up pay your bills stop making debvt and blaming someone else in other wordsd GROW UP

How can you "assume" that everyone who has a credit problem is a deadbeat looking for a way out?!? If you kept up with current news regarding debt collection agencies, you would know that the Federal government recently filed criminal charges against a debt collection agency that received 85% of its revenue from non-existent debts. The collection agency was able to do collect millions they were not due because no one contested their right to do so!
