Has anyone ever gotten anywhere with these people. I said earlier that they refused in writing to stop ACH withdrawals and I have overpaid them also. I filed a complaint with everyone imaginable and they don't give a blank. You should see the arrogant response to the BBB. They did agree to stop the ACH and put me into collection as a settlement offer to the complaint. Months after I closed my account. Gee what a great offer!

Probably suing is the best answer. If by any means, it is possible, get an attorney and file a legal case. I have read many complaints against them.

I have also experience problems with this company and they lied to my attorney generals office. I recd a copy of the letter they sent them and it contained serious falsehodds. Anyway I am also still working on this. So any information is helpful. Thank you.
