I did some googling and apparently it's California Attorney's Collection Service, Inc. and Georgia Attorney's Collection Service, Inc.

I wasn't home last night and they left a bit of a threatening message with my dad.

That right there would lead me to believe they are not legal. Legit collection agency's are not allowed to threaten or harass.
