WOW!
After all this time i think i finally got an atty to take over my case! Strangest thing is, he's the original atty i contacted! WTH?? I feel like i've been going in circles for months now! ANd i'm right back where i started! SIGHS!
He gets "one" chance then i'm gonna try to settle this on my very own!! And i may even try that after he comes up with a $$ figure for me!
I'm freaking out cuz this may be behind me in a very short time!
Thanks to EVERYONE who has helped me thru this with advice and support! (especially u Cajun) Smile

All of u were heaven sent to me at a time i really needed the support!

Keep trying for the settlement from your side. If the attorney is able to strike a fair deal, you will be able to compare and decide which way to go. Good luck!

Just got done sending the summons to the attorney. I know just what he's looking at......the address and my license. I wish I was a fly on the wall so I could hear him blast this guy.

I didn't get a fair shake on this. How could I when they were sending the paperwork where I do not reside and then to send a Statement of Account without the Original Creditor's Address. How stupid do these people think I am?

Now it's just the wait. Thanks Ang for getting me off of the wall when I was freakin out.

We'll just sit together!

Aww thnx Moki! It was a pleasure meeting u and helping u when u felt so hopeless, i remember being there not so long ago! It's a horrible feeling inside! I had crazy thoughts then i'd snap back to reality and think WTH is wrong with me, it's JUST $$ and nothing is worth it!! Life's good and we need to try to remember the good things in our lives.... and anything material can be replaced, ur health and happiness can't!
Glad everything is going good for u and looks like i'm on my way to good things too! And on the same day Moki!
