your post is more civil than typical humanoids,but the reason you are called a bottomfeeder is for the reasons outlined.you are not lawyers,but losers who work for this bottomfeeder say that routinely.that is illegal,but don't even state that.btw your statement that people who use the term "bottomfeeder"are ones who try to avoid responsibilities.well again lying on the phone,never sending even a dunning letter(bet you have no clue to what that is)and who have been sued before only to settle out of court.back to the phones drone.you have people to lie to and illegaly threaten if we don't just pay up on a phone call.

I have no problem with licensed collection agencies (and their agents) who follow proper protocol and adhere to FDCPA and FCRA regulations.

My problem is with junk debt buyers and collectors who harrass, threaten and violate FDCPA and FCRA at every turn.

Period.
