My husband just received a call from a credit card that I have and was turned over to Fidelty Reserve in November. Could someone please call me and call them to stop these phone calls. They called him at work.

This is just a message board for discussing debt related issues . . . . You may be able to find the phone number and address for the collection agency you are looking for here.
Also, you will find a copy of a cease and desist letter that you can send to this company to stop the calls at work.

Beware of Fidelity Reserves. There are too many customer issues with this company. They seriously violate the laws. Have you got the debt validated in writing? You should have all the details of the account and their authorization to collect.

Cease and desist letter is the best option to stop a collection agency from calling you and harassing you about the debt. Send this letter via certified mail.
