Harris and Dial closed?

I got a call from my dmp people mentioning that a payment of mine through Harris and Dial/Schrieber was returned to them. I called up and it seems Harris and Dial is no more. It also seems that Shcrieber doesn't have my account either. I'm actually pretty curious what happened to it. After going a good few months without feeling over-worried, this and the issue with Cash Today Limited have caused quite a bit of stress again.
