I was involved in an automobile accident back in May 2006. I was T-boned by a 22 year old guy and broke my left elbow. I've been working with my attorney to get a settlement (no word yet) I checked my credit report the other day and the hospital bill in on my report. Is their anything I can do to get it off because I am sueing the other guy? Thanks!

No I don't think so, I think that the only thing that you could do is put a letter of explanation in your credit file explaining your situation. Other people will be along to advise you further. I am sorry to hear about your accident and hope that you are feeling better.
