Hello ..I NEED HELP BAD!?!?!...i got a letter from RJM stating that they bought my old bank account that was supposly over drawn and that I have 3 options in witch to pay them>should I believe and pay them,or what should I do??This bank account thier talking about has been closed for almost 5 years now.So what should I do.Please help!!?!?!

A bank account can NOT be purchased, this sounds like a scam to me. Have you ever received a dunning letter (letter of collection) in the mail, if not, next time they call tell them you want a letter of collection before you do anything, and don't admit or deny to owing them until you receive something in the mail and they validate it.
