Yes, he is valid. I believe a few members have actually spoken with him.

No doubt, the person who runs Bud Hibbs is an attorney and he has been doing a fair and extensive research on various collection agencies. He is good in replying to consumer complaints within 24 hrs. I heard he offers legal counsel and will give right directions.

I have talked with him regarding several CA's and he has been great help with getting them off my back..

Sam Glover is an attorney in this board. He sues debt collectors violating the laws. He is a good help. Talk to him on phone or PM.

I spent a good portion of the day in tears, I am so scared...I don't know what they can do.....and I don't want to aggravate the situation. I just want to get this resolved. Would you mind sending him one?

I need some advice, badly. I am from Minnesota. Divorced, Single mom. Tried to get back on track with Minnesota credit counseling fell arrears after two Hurricanes her in FL If I repost my or try to copy here will you please look at it. I am very frightened.
