these people called me threatning to have me "dealt with". I took out a payday loan and I had internet fraud on my bank account. I had to close my account and open a new one, I ended up having to default on my loan. Now they are saying that I purposely defrauded the lender. does anybody have advice on this matter?

Be careful of this company. They often use illegal threats in their collection practices. Check out this link below. You will know more about their scare tactics.

Have you tried to call the original lender and know the status of your account? Then you can get some payment arrangements done directly.
