Who is LRA

These companies sell your debt to who ever they can make money from. the original collection agency probably sold it for pennies on the dollar, the next company bought it from them and so on. If they realize they cant collection off of you sometimes they just sell the debt to some other collection agency and be done with it. People please know your rights, these people are all slim bags, they will say and do anything to collect from you. The will use big words to scare you like " final judgement" c"case number" Lawyer" Pending litigation" and so on. It is Illegal for them to state they have a court case against you if you have not been served and chances are they will never take it to court because with payday loans they do not have the proper paperwork to prove their case so they rely on you being stupid to get their money. Learn your states statute of limitations too, it will help greatly. If you are harassed by any of them file with the BBB, the states atorney generals office and send them a certified cease and desist letter and above all if you do talk to them before you agree to anything get everything they have in writing first, demand to see the signatures on the paperwork. They know their hands are tied as soon as you ask those questions, most of the time they will refuse to do that because they cant prove it, they will just try and scare you. Fear and unknowning will be your worst enemy when dealing with people of this low of a class. Do your research before you agree to pay anything!!!

Just received a message for me to call LRA if I was " " They gave a person's name. If I wasn't that person, I should hang up and not listen to the message. How professional! Needless to say, I won't be returning their call.

I keep getting calls from them about a guy who lived here but died over 20 years ago.

i just got off the phone with these guys too. the guy was really rude and he claimed that he called my old job well i asked if anyone called and they said no. im working with a debt management company to help with all of my debt and they claimed that they didnt work with them and that they were sending my information into the lawyers today (at 9pm at night mind u) to collect. i just gave all of their information to my dmp company they said they would take care of it and give them nothing. my loan was for 300 and i didnt even take t out. the payday company let my fiancee take the money out for me and i refused to pay obviously. i dont really get how it can be legit if they can call you for the first time and say youre going to be sued if you cant come up with the money that day. anyways had to vent a bit

I am not sure who this company is but they are very rude unprofessional. I recieved a call from this company yesturday at my place of employment the male kept calling after I ask to not too. He was passing threats and stating that I was going to get my wages garnished I advised him to check his facts NC is a non garnish state. He went back and forth with me wanted tgo speak to my HR dept and my manager I asked him for what. He stated that he will get it paid by any means necessary if he has tog call every day all day. He started that he has nonething else to do other than to harress me I was his primary project. I asked for his name and manager to report him the rep stated that he was not given me a damn thing. I was truly appauled at the treatment and how this call was handled. If you could please look into this if you find any info to contact this compnat and their head quarters please foward all responds to this email. I thank you for your time on this matter I am seekinf legal repsentation i suggest that you do the same. I will not allow any one else to suffer the harressment that I have behind this company. I know my rights I have been in the colllection field over 15 years and this is a violation. I will not tolerate but any means...
