I'm 20 now but on my credit report cashcall is reported to be there since 2005, that was when I was 18, looking at cashcall's website you have to be 21 or older. Shouldn't they have not loaned money to someone not old enough? And who would get in trouble me or them?

I am not positive and could be wrong when I say this, but I believe they would be in trouble because they knew that you weren't old enough by the birthdate that you filled in on your application. Did you put the correct birthdate on it, and did you read the small print stating that you needed to be 21? Embarassed

I put that i think i put 21 after it wouldnt accept me, but i sent a copy of my Drivers License so they should have noticed it

No. You can sign a contract at age 18. The age of 21 probably reflects their underwriting standards. They can still goof on this while holding you accountable.

Not that it actually matters, but perhaps the 21 requirement is new to them and didn't exist 2 years ago.
