Dear Sir,
If you would be so kind I would trully love to know the physical address of this bogos law firm. I am a police officer who had his identity stolen and some whack job or jobs has applied for a ton of pay day loans. I am in the throes of trying to trace the bastard or bastards responsible and I think the folks you worked for are possibly responsible. I am pursuing all the LEGAL action I can, but you know there is nothing like good ole fashion whoop ass!!!!!
If you can possibly direct me to a good physical location I would enjoy paying Mr. Davis and associates a visit................and I promise there won't be any further problems from these retards. Thanks Please reply soon.

I'm trying to report Lomardo, Davis, and Goldman to the BBB, but can not find any infor and they won't give me any info. They won't tell me who they are representing, just that they claim to be filing me for court in my county and leaving crazy messsages on my cell and calling my work number from all different numbers.

I just received a call from a Jennifer that says she works for Lombardo, Davis, and Goldman. She gave me an 800 number, it went to some guy's voice mail, I happened to punch in the extention she gave me and she answered. She told me that was someone that was no longer there. It never said the name of the law firm. She had all my information and social security number. On my voice mail she had left a message that they would hand it over to my employer and the court. My employer will not take it out unless I give approval or court ordered. I just won a case with HZB, the girl threatened me with felony, losing my student loan college funds if convicted. I was off work due to ankle surgery. They settled out of court. The PA. Attorney General told me and my lawyer that all they can do is turn it over to the credit bureau, to go against your credit.

I actually got scammed by them... out of $265. I had one payday loan that I kept getting calls about from people that didn't speak English. This "law firm" did speak English and put through the whole disclaimer, "this is an attempt to collect a debt..." so I actually believed that this was legit. Today I received a call for the SAME payday loan from another man that DIDN'T speak English stating that I was scammed and that he wasn't even going to take the money that I owed because what I had paid to this "law firm" was WELL over the cost of the bill. He suggested talking to my bank to get my money back, but considering the transaction went through on my bank statement at the end of January, I'm pretty sure there is no chance of getting my money back... BE CAREFUL!!!

For the cop...
On my transaction history, this is what it gives me...

THE LOMBARDO DAVIS GOLDMAN
716-8443364 NY

Not sure if that is of any help... but I really hope it will be of some use. I hate being scammed and I'm not too happy about.
