Has anyone heard of this company? I don't have the number here at work and for some reason could not sign on to this website at home. They leave me message, important business matter?

Please let me know. Thanks!

Can you think of some kind of an outstanding debt that could have been placed for collection?

I would give them a call and see what this is about. Get as much information from them as you can...who the original creditor was, how much, etc. Then I think it's important to get that information in writing by sending them a debt validation letter. Don't give them any of your personal information (like checking account, etc.) or set up a payment arrangment until you know the facts!

That’s an odd name. I Googled it on this site and on the Internet and came up with nothing.

Maybe you misunderstood what they said? I do that quite often with messages, what it sounds like to my ear, isn't what they are actually saying, I do that with songs too!

These people left another message, no toll free number just long distance, not threatening, just we have a personal business matter to discuss with you, maybe they have the wrong person because they don't even mention my name.

Guess I'll just ignore it until something comes in the mail.

I have heard of "Lutheran Social Services", a non-profit organization. Just never heard of the name you're describing before.

I Google'd the number and from what I'm reading it does look like it is a CA.

I would call them back and see what it is they want. Don't forget to ask them where your written notification is. The one they are required by law to send out within 5 days of the initial contact.

Unemployed Ron what number did you google. I don't have a toll free number and have no long distance service on my home phone. Do NOT want to call them from work.

They never say my name so maybe it is not for me.

There is no 800 # nascardevil, just the 260-479-3700 that is mentioned by guest.

The "260-479-3700" number was the one I Google'd. They don't leave an "800" number in the message for you to call back?

Nope, no toll free number just that number that I stated before. They never state my name, just personal business matter to call back at that number. It just shows that number on caller ID with Luth Bus Off.

OK, that's weird. They leave you no number? The just expect you to get their number from the caller ID? What if you didn't have CID?

They must not be aware that not all people in the US do have caller ID. I have relatives that live in the backwoods of Mississippi that only recently got indoor plumbing (Outhouse! Yuck!), much less CID.

No they leave that number, sorry guess I was not explanatory enough. There is no toll free number though just the 260 number that is long distance for me. I am in Ohio.
