i pulled my credit report today and found lvnv on my credit for a a old paypal buyers credit account. i had no knowledge they were on my report. ive heard alot about them on these forums.. should i fire a dv letter to them and if they dont respond despite it?

Do not add a limited C&D to your DV letter. They will consider that a full cease comm and never respond. Do however, inform them that you cannot receive calls at your employer and at the bottom of your DV, type:

ALL CALLS TO MY HOME ARE RECORDED

*Zip:
*Debt

	* denotes required field
