I am from Minnesota and the last few days this collection agency has called and said to call them. I may have a payday loan from years back that I didn't pay but I was wondering if this company is legal to collect. What should I do about their calls. Does anyone have any information for me regarding this company?

I have never heard of them but collection agencies keep popping up like daisies. Send them a debt validation letter. You can also take the call or call them back to inform them that they now have 5 days to send you a dunning letter. When they do send it, then send them a debt validation letter within the 30 days from when they sent you a letter. If they don't send you a letter, send them a validation letter after the five days are up and inform them that they have already just violated.

Agreed~

Send them a debt validation letter. You can take help of the available sample letters to write one for yourself. Customise it to suit your needs.
