hello everyone a week ago my parents got a call at there house by tammy from monco services in milwaukee wi about associated bank.. couple days later she says tammy from monco law firm u need to call me back by 5pm.. thank god i knew bout this site.. i immediatly faxed a partial cease and disist letter to them and sent a dv letter via dhl.. guess there trying to pull a elliss crosby lol.. anyway after reciveing validation im contacting associated bank and work with them.. i guess monco services loves breakig the law.. i contacted the better bussiness bureau the wi and mn ag office... anybody else ever dealt with them?

You have already taken the right move as per the federal laws. Now it's they who have to validate your account and prove their collections being legit.
