Has anyone in Washington filed for this motion and if so, how do you go about it? Is there any form/s to fill out, i didnt see anything available on the net. Do I just go to the courthouse and tell them clerk my case number and that I want to file this motion?

so is this something I file with the courts? Or do I need to send it to the collection agency? If its the collection agency then I dont think they will admit that they got it since they dont seem to acknowledge the fact that I paid them $600 which is the reason I want the motion for discovery.

You'll file it with the court house, the CA will receive a copy of it from the court.
