amoriello, if you don't mind me asking, was this Attorney pretty certain you had a good case, and that he would make money from it?

I gave them my documentation. ie: returned mail-false address....attampts to validate w company and their reply...copies of credit reports with double entries...and copies of CR's where item reported as loan..the answer is yes..they feel it is a valid money making case with enough evidence besides the defamation of character to go forward....and they are representing me pro bono. imagine that stuff....
