I was wondering how they are to deal with? I have been avoiding them for some time and am in a better position now. Are they willing to settle for less than what I owe?

I had reall good luck with them. I told them I had to record the converation so my husband can know what was said and he is out of state right now, and also I will be borrowing the money from my dad to settle the debt and he wants to know what was said. The guy was really nice and gave me tons of info to settle all the other cards too. you can check out some of my other posts http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/settlement/chase-offer-7.html ---They settled my Chase debt for only 12-13%.... And it will be reported by chase settled in full on my CR
