CNN did a report on this too on June 6th. I can't find a link, but it made me mad. If I recall correctly, CNN reported that the corporation that handles credit card arbitration basically work for the credit card companies, and that 99.99 percent of the time they rule in favor of the credit card company.

That is a frightening statistic. But I wonder it it is true?
Hard to tell when we all know the media has definite biases and can SPIN a story in whatever way they want and MOST people will believe it as FACT.
