Can collection agencies always manage with their illegal scare tactics? Does our complaints filed against the illegal collectors ever get heard? Can they continue with their illegal practices after violating the federal and state laws?... Read this and get a clear picture...

Legal actions are taken if CAs violate the laws. It may take some time for the govt agencies to react, but they do. Keep filing the complaints if you are facing illegal collection practices summarized in the FDCPA2

Thanks, Bossy. The message is to spread the awareness among the common people who are being victimized by the illegal practices of some debt collectors. Everyone can take some time out and find some news. If one person writes, there are many to read and get informed. You started a thread "Internet job applications" sometime back. It's good, some people got informed about this by now and many more will. 
Spread the word that is right. I am sure a few will NOT appreciate this info.
