There should be a number on your Experian report to contact them yourself. Did you recently take out an application for loan or a credit card? Maybe they are showing up to do an inquiry for your credit. Or do you have any past debts that you can remember?

I don't find any information on this company. By chance, do you know where are they located? You should find the contact information of the CA at the end of your credit report. Then you can contact them and ask for the debt to be validated, in case they are doing a legit reporting. If they don't verify the item, you need to dispute the item with the CRA and get it removed from your file.

Hi Talin
One of the biggest problems that the consumers face is the debt collectors placing information in credit reports that is false. Under the FCRA consumers can dispute the validity, accuracy, and timeliness of any negative item listed on their report. The law mandates the CRAs to respond to any dispute letter within a 30-day period, providing enough evidences to support their claim. If the CRA finds the information o be inaccurate, then it must be removed. You should dispute this with the National Business Fact too. Since you don’t have their contact address, dispute it with the CRA. And do that immediately
Good luck
