I had a big overdraft that was supposed to be paid on a plan with the bank but somehow it went to these people instead. They call me at work everyday although I tell them I can't take these calls. They are all Indian or Pakistani from there accents. I have a consultation with an attorney on Monday about them and several other issues but I do not know which Nationwide they are and they have not mailed me anything although like all of them they say they did. Anyone recognize them?

sorry, frog, cant say that I do....that sounds basically like most CA's out there these days....

I know of Nationwide, you should listen to some of their calls on Robert Piasola's website. He has busted them so many times it's not funny.

There are so many called Nationwide. I would like to know if anyone has had calls from the folks with the accents so I can narrow it down.

It actually sounds a lot like United Pay Services. Have they changed names, maybe?

Roadwarrior, are you familiar with Nationwide Cash? I think they said that name once! Do they use foreign collectors?

I am very familiar with those clowns! Last time I knew they were still on shore using no foreign call centers. Thats beyond their sophistication!
Nationwide Cash is more into "Downloading" a person to "County?????"
However, It is their style to call an individual at work a million times!
They are part the Dennis Williams crew.

Volley am I not being politically correct? I do not know if they are offshore or not. How about dialect challenged collectors?

Roadwarrior they are going to be part of a FDCPA violation lawsuit. I am retaining an attorney and suing them and Vincent Cignorale and anyone else that violates the law! I have a consultation on Monday night! I will let you know how it goes!
