Are they able to do hard pulls on your credit if htey are just seeking money from you, then how can it be permissable for these people to do a hard pull on your credit if you can't get a loan or credit from them???

I have been paying money into them on several accounts over the past year.
they took me to arbitration and won since I did not reply and had over $300 per pay check taken out for almost 3 months...so if anyone CREDIBLE can give me full disclosure on this scam...I would appreciate it.

It is hardly a scam...did you respond to the arbitration notice? Have you called and talked to them?
