I've been getting phone calls from Pinnacle Financial group about a charge card account I paid off three years ago with my debt consolidation company. They keep telling me I owe more on the account even though I have a letter from my debt consolidation company saying that my account had been paid in full. Stupid me, I mailed Pinnacle a copy of the letter but didn't send it by CMRRR. They called again today, but I wasn't here to answer the call. Do I need to send it to them again CMRRR and ask them for validation ? I know that they can't sue me because the debt is out of SOL, and the last payment on the account was made in 2004. I have all my statements from my consolidation company reflecting payments. Anyone have any suggestions with this one?

yep I would send them a DV and a copy of the letter by CMRRR. Plus I would pull a credit report to see how they have reported on your report.

I'm ready to send my letter, but I have a small problem. I can't see to find an address for Pinnacle other than their corporate address, and that seems fishy. Who has their corporate address in a suite? Anyway, should I send it to the corporate address or keeping hunting for a different one? Anyone have an address for them other than this one:

Pinnacle Financial group
7825 Washington Ave S, Suite 310
Minneapolis MN 55439
