Nes wants to take money from my acct. I bank with a credit union can I stop the payment from coming out

besides closing the account,the only way is to
put a hard block,deposits only on the account.
stop payment won't work.they will put in diff
co names,diff amounts,so a hard debit block is
the wayto go.just be sure to spek to a manager.

Stopping an agreed to account debit is fraud and is illegal. This will be prosecuted and you will go to jail for this. You had best stick to payment agreements.

as usual NNC is wrong.any ach or debits can be revoked at anytime.if a CA or PDL debits after authorization was revoked.that CA or creditor is the one in trouble not the person paying.keep as posted on how it goes.
