NRS is horrible. File complaints with as many different agencies as you can, send copies of all of your complaints to the original creditor. You can find NRS's address and numbers in the Better Business Bureau listings. I dealt with Hal Jordan at NRS, who is a little weasel! We all know it's important to pay your debts off, but you have to follow the law, too, and treat people with dignity and respect. These people are saying you're so beneath them that you don't deserve that, and if the payday loan industry is hiring these people, then they feel the same way too, or they would use more reputable, law-abiding companies. Avoid payday loans at all costs. Sometimes you get in way too deep and there's nothing you can do to dig out of it. What you have to do is either borrow the money from a friend or relative, or get your direct deposit switched to a different account, and let those payday loans default, and when they start calling, negotiate down. Figure out what bills you can pay late, call and negotiate with your utility companies before panicking and taking out a loan.
