What state do you live in and when was the last time you paid on the account? Have you pulled your credit reports? Does the OC's tradeline show a $0 balance and a Sold to another lender notation?

Who did you originally take the PDL from? Was it an internet or storefront loan? You can pull your credit reports from all 3 CRA's for free once a year at www.annualcreditreport.com to see if it is listed

Default Noble Recovery Services LLC ....

I don't know who this will help but i know that this site really helped me ......because Mr. Ryhart from NRS had me very very scared.

May 28th 2009 i received a call from NRS stating that i was being sued for fraud and that basically i had to pay 690 by the end of the business day. or they were going to send out documentation to my state county office.

These people are harrassers. Not only did this man call almost everyone in my hr dept with no avail. But he actually call my direct job line and told me to transfer him to the management department. WHen he was told that he was speaking to me he rudely say i don't want to speak to you i would like for you to transfer me to the management department.

They also called my two friends that i used for references. But i had already warned them to not fall into the propaganda.

Funny enough i tried to contact them (NRS) to get their address and some guy refused to give it to me.

Something is not right about these people .....does anyone have any advice or stories to share in regards to Noble Recovery Services LLC

I told him that if he would like to contact my management dept he should do his own research get the number and call them himself. He said no problem ma'am and i hung up on him..

Mind you this jerk already hung up on one of my fellow colleagues in the hr department for refusing to issue him information regarding my employment without a signed authorization from me.

All in all they supposedly sent out documentation to my county ....i don't know whats going to happen but what i do know is that im sending them a letter of dv im also sending in complaints to my ag (attorney general office), BBB, and the FTC. Hopefully someone will be able to help me ...because i honestly dont know whats going to happen.

What i do know is that payday loans are illegal in new york and in new jersey...at the time i took the loan out i was living in jersey. I do know that the cap interest rate on small loans in ny is 25percent in new jersey 30 percent....

national payday loan which the company i orginal got the 300 dollar loan from ...does anyone know if they are legal i don't think they are... They also go by MTE Financials as well......

All i know is it can't be possible for the order to pay 690 on top of an already 270 payment history for a 300 dollar loan to be legal!.....if anyone has any info please help!!!!

im sending my dv letter certified mail....should i send my complaint information to the ag office in ny and the ag office in nj, bbb, and ftc offices as well???

They seem to be using scare tactics. They also threatened me with the "fraud" card. I don't believe them. They are only working for a former pdl company called MTE. The are now National Payday or something like that.

Default NOBLE RECOVERY SERVICES

They will say and do absolutely anything they can to scare you. No matter how many times you tell them not to contact you at your place of employment, they still do. It is against the law and they use every single illegal way possible to get you to pay them much more than what is owed. Every single person there is rude. They all have fake names since that is how these collection agencies work. If they used their real names, they would be stalked and murdered due to how they treat people. They sometimes will use other tactics to see what they can get out of you. Sucha as being nice, but only until you ask for paperwork and then they turn into the devil.
They will never ever send you any type of legal documentation. This is ALSO against the law. if they don't send you any legal documentation, what are they presenting in court? Also if you know the companies they have as accounts and you know that you owe money, send a small payment a month, until they send legal documentation. Have your place of employment send a certified letter saying they may not contact you there or anyone else there for that matter, they must abide by that. They have many complaints with BBB's in different states, as well as the FTC.
They will do and say anything they can to threaten you. they will call you names, slander your character, threaten your children. EVERYTHING. Be careful. Pay something so you are showing you are trying to pay. Other than that, that's all they get until they show and itemized list of what you owe and why. If they can't provide it to you, then they are the ones whoa re the liars!! The judge will throw their shit out. They think that threatening honest people is the way to get a debt collected. Well you know what ? What goes aroung comes around. Those people have miserable lives and if they don't now, they sure the hell will later.
