I have a closed charge off account w/Orchard Bank and I am trying to figure out how I should deal with them. My credit limit was for 300 and now the balance is over 700 do to fees and me falling behind on my payments. My account was sent to a collection company Credit Buerus is the name I think, but I do not know where to start.

I have the exact same issue. I am thinking of trying to settle on my own. I'm waiting for some advice on this site. I just posted the question two minutes ago under jamie8224. Stay tuned...
