The Oregon Attorney General's office just shut down this collection law firm.

First: Yea! Another shady firm brought down by informed consumers!

Thanks for sharing the information in the forums! It's really good to note that a scam firm has been closed down and the partner Derrick E. McGavic now has to pay $70,000 and surrender his license to practice law.
