GREGORY.....So where does 'the debt doesn't even have to be yours, we'll still get money out of you' come from?? And how does the law protect you from not answering those letters?? Just what else does 'the law' protect you from?? I don't know what information source you have on 'the laws', but YOU seem to be in lala land.....!
People call me to complain about a debt that isn't theirs the same as some of you (from obvious posts) have done with other collectors.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe the debt isn't theirs? Besides, the law gives -everyone- the right to ask for validation. That is just the way it is, instead of trying to find ways to weasel out, just provide proper validation and then you would get paid!
Greg, You had your sick fun, Now leave us alone. You are nothing more than a sad sick person. If you were so busy doing your collecting crap, you would not have the time to bother with us. Apparently business is not to good.

Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the pay off amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
