If judgment debtor has no income to garnish and owns no personal property for judgment creditor to try and go after, how else can the judgement get satisfied? Will a judgment creditor even consider a post judgment settlement offer for less than the judgment amount?

Settlement can be made even after judgment, but judgment will not reflect as paid, until you pay the full judgment amount.
Judgment has its own SOL and the creditors can start garnishing your wage anytime.. If you do not have an income they will not start garnishment right now.

if you explain your situation - depending on the creditor - usually they will be willing to hear an offer for settlement. make sure that you get any offer in writing first, and be certain that the agency files a notice of satisfaction of judgment with the court (furnishing you with a copy as well). sometimes you have to file the sat notice yourself, but at least that way you know it gets done.

I still think you need, repeat, NEED, to file that appeal. They won their case without providing one shred of proof that:

1--you even had this debt
2--that the amount they claim as owed is legitimate

Those two things are supposed to be key points that the plaintiff must prove to satisfy the burden of proof upon them.

FYI - The judgment creditor does not report to the credit bureaus. It's been over 2 months since order of judgment and still I see nothing on my credit report. Does a court ordered judgment ALWAYS get reported on your credit file?

If I satisfy a judgment before it gets reported to the credit bureau by the court, could the judgment possibly be vacated upon motion if judgment creditor does not contest?
