These guys were hilarious, I met with an attorney from there. This guy was like 400 lbs, no joking and a fat slob at that. The attorneys go to court and not even look at what papers they file. It's all paralegals that write the court papers, so if it's a summary judgment motion, get an attorney to defend you.

They already sued me and won because I didn't get any friggin papers. They sued me for $3,000 bucks on an 1100 debt and WON! Low and behold they garnished my wages and at the time last year, I didn't think there was anything I could do. If I ever have to deal with them again, what advise could you give me?

Talk to the judge who issued the judgment, let him know that you never received a summons. Ask if the judgment can be vacated due to improper service.
