I called this morning with concerns between my monthly payments and the interest rate being extremely high. The woman I spoke to was absolutly rude and was NO help what so ever. To be able to pay a debt is not easy but I am trying the best I can.If this is the attitude I am going to get for trying then we have problem. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was denied and told there was no one there. When I asked for a number for the head of that office or owner I was denied. This is not very professional in my eyes.
