I received an email from Superior and she said that she spoke to Apothaker and Associates and they gave her an offer of $9700.00 with payment over 3 months. There is no way we can do that so I guess we are screwed. I don't know what to do. I am going to send the DV letter but I doubt it will do anything. Superior said they don't know what will happen if we send them a DV letter but she hopes it will prolong a lawsuit. Either way it is not a good situation and I am just really upset. Has anyone else had this sort of situation happen to them..they made an offer..you couldn't pay and then there was a law suit? Thanks

You haven't stated what kind of debt this is. Has this debt been validated? Do you owe this company or credit card? Please supply us with more information so we can help you.
