Not to mention the fact this person has to post under the anonymous "guest" screen name we all know and love so well! Shows a certain degree of cowardice that our "guest" wants to attempt to put other people down; however, doesn't want the responses he would receive as a result of this behavior!

I try my best to think of it as a compliment when I get stalked on this forum. Of course I wouldn't think that way if some weirdo was outside of my house in a trench coat staring. But this is online and I do my best not to let people like that bother me. The best power is to ignore them. It really works.

As to the topic at hand. I wish you luck. Be prepared with a plan if they do give proper validation of the debt.

They usually do not sell debt, but have been know to do so. What you need to do is call Chase and ask for their recovery department. They are located in San Antonio Texas. They will inform you who owns the account or where it is at. What state do you live in? What is the name of the law firm that filed?

I'm in AZ...The lawfirm is Hameroff/Lavinsky. Funnily enough their website says in big letters. "LET US SUE FOR YOU!" what a bunch of f*$&ers

Haven't filed my answer yet, I'm letting a coworker do a quick check over on my answer and the summons....I should be filing sometime this week.
