Over paid Collection account refusing refund

I DIDN'T. YES IT IS UP TO THE OC TO MAKE GOOD ON THE REFUND.THAT BEING SAID,I AM GLAD THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE TO TAKE ISSUE WITH SOCKS.IT WAS UNDESERVED,UNCALLED FOR.

I have seen your hoff pic as well and realize you are just a babe in the woods..

I hope someday that you too will realize that some of life's mistakes are made with only the best intentions in mind..when you get your lawyer's degree hope you will be able to rep and win cases of someone who might have made a mistake because they simply mis understood or read something wrongly yet had best intentions of others in mind

ps I agree to most often disagree with fyi perspectives and even though I occasionally respect some of her comments....from now on we both should ignore ignore on any page she and I come across definitely !!!!should be handled as a talk to the hand situation..we are now and not ever on the same page same book same whatever!..we have agreed to this point on a very minor few things few being key phrase here......I still appreciate her being here..yet still do not trust fyi motives (yet doesn't matter becuz' I am only one member on this very huge and wonderful sightand and in the minority opinion here of one who doesn't trust collection agent motives)..and from now on I will ignore ignore ignore any paths we may cross in future

The if creditor still owns the debt then it is the low life blood sucking creditor you should be talking to about a refund not the collection agency who handled the account as any money you paid the agency went directly to the blood sucking low life creditor. FYI STILL SUKING BLOOD OR DID PAULA TAKE OVER THAT POSITION HERE?
