Anybody know what this stands for?

Hello,

I was able to find though the courts webpage a case summary for a Civil-Limited-Collections case against me.

Viewing the "Register of Actions" the latest Docket entry shows "DRAP" along with the date of 05/02/08. There is nothing that indicates the filing party for this entry.

Do any of you know what that "DRAP" is all about? What does it mean?

Thanks,

brian

Default Reduction Assistance Program...this is used for student loans, but I suppose it could be used for other forms of debt.

I'm sorry, I just have to comment on this.

What a great freakin' Idea! If you just remove the drivel he posts, yet leave the blank post out there so he sees it's been edited, I'm thinking he will eventually become frustrated by this and leave!

I could absolutely kiss whoever is doing this! That is unless it's a male. No offense. Well, I proabably shouldn't say it if it's female either.

But it does make me very happy!
