Has anyone received a loan from this company and received late night calls, repeated calls to your place of employment after being told not to call. If so, please contact your state attorney general office and the Federal Trade Commission asap. Mr. Derek R. Jones thinks he is above the law and we as consumers have to show him that he is not the boss.

Just to let the community know. The Resource Center is a payday lender based out of CO but there is a great chance that the company is really out of SD. Please if you have any dealing with this company contact your state's attorney general office, the BBB, the FTC and the SD state attorney general office. Also contact the Co state attorney general office as well.
