Does anyone know how these work? I am fighting RJM right now and I decided to see if they were licensed to collect in Florida, where I reside. The Florida government site says that they were originally licensed in 2008 and it expires on Thursday. There is no reference of a pending license or new issuance. Does this mean anything? Nothing? Maybe the site will reflect thier new license next week? Just curious

Go to this article! Their are several ads there for Florida Attorneys that will help you without a fee! www.tinyurl.com/debtcall. Also some useful info! I would not wait for a government site to update! Florida has not figured out their unemployment regs yet and it has been months!

Great info, I just contacted someone from the site. I contacted an attorney thru the Florida Bar and she wasn't very helpful. RJM is reporting and attempting to collect on a data that they have not validated. I have done everything, BBB complaints, FTC complaints, contacted AG in each state and I am getting nowhere. RJM even stated in their response to the BBB complaint that they sent me documentation 84 days AFTER receiving my debt validation letter! I never got any documentation by the way! I can't believe I am not making progress. Transunion called my last dispute of the debt "frivilous"!!!!
